InstantDesk Support is a sole proprietorship business operated from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We provide independent, third-party technical support services for QuickBooks® software over the phone and via remote assistance. We are not affiliated with Intuit Inc. in any way.
Our services include but are not limited to: installation support, login and password assistance, company file error resolution, payroll configuration help, update and upgrade support, and QuickBooks® Online technical assistance.

Our Fee Structure: We offer a FREE initial diagnosis of your QuickBooks® issue. If we can identify a solution, our technician will explain the fix required and provide a clear fee quote before any paid work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed. Fees are only charged after you give your explicit consent to proceed with the fix.
If our technician is unable to resolve your QuickBooks® issue after diagnosis, you will not be charged any fee for the attempted fix. This policy applies to cases where we genuinely cannot resolve the issue. It does not apply where the customer declines our recommended solution or where the issue is outside the scope of software support (e.g., hardware failures).

InstantDesk Support provides services on a best-efforts basis. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for any data loss, system damage, or business interruption that may occur during a support session. We strongly recommend customers back up all important data before any support session begins.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific support session in question.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the support session at call@instantsupportdeskcall.com. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available where the issue was successfully resolved as described during the session.
Calls to our support line may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By calling us, you consent to the recording of the call. If you do not consent, please inform our technician at the start of the call.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
